What we do

New York's adult-use market is still taking shape, and the work behind each product matters. Our Medford facility handles the processing steps our Type 1 license covers: extraction, infusion and blending, packaging, labeling, and branding. We do all of it under the rules set by the Office of Cannabis Management.

We think the best partnerships start with clarity: knowing what's possible, what's required, and who to call. That's the kind of partner we aim to be.

Extraction

Processing cannabis into the inputs New York products are built from, within the scope approved for license OCM-PROC-24-000224.

Infusion & blending

Combining those inputs into consistent product formats. Formulas and potency are not listed on this website.

Process overview

How we work

Compliance isn't the last step for us. It's where we start. Packaging, labeling, testing, security, and traceability requirements shape how we plan every job, so partners can move forward with confidence.

Four steps, from a first conversation through processing to handoff. This page does not promise a timeline.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & fit check

A licensed operator or brand writes with license type, product category, and timeline. The message starts a fit check against the license.

  2. 02

    Specs & documentation

The partner supplies product specifications and the documents the work requires. Packaging, labeling, testing, security, and traceability are part of the file from the start.

  3. 03

Processing & testing via licensed labs

Processing stays within the Type 1 scope approved for this license. Testing is performed by OCM-licensed laboratories. Certificates of analysis are kept on file.

  4. 04

    Release & handoff

The batch is released with its records. Labels are reviewed against New York packaging and labeling rules.

Approach

Built around New York's rules

New York sets clear expectations for how cannabis products are made, packaged, labeled, tested, and tracked. We plan around those expectations from day one. Our products are intended for adults 21 and older.

  • Labels are reviewed against New York packaging and labeling rules.
  • Batch records are kept for work under this license.
  • Certificates of analysis from OCM-licensed laboratories are kept on file.
  • Traceability is treated as a day-one constraint.
